diagnostic from the host:
[34958.661066] UDP: short packet: From 192.168.202.42:56681 53253/1488 to 192.168.202.1:1234
test case for the guest attached. sends one package with either 1KB or 4KB. the 1KB package comes through fine, while the 4KB package is being dropped by the host.
This can only be reproduced with virtio network adapters. emulated ones work fine.
Host and guest kernel are 2.6.39.1 and 2.6.39.3
