Make the Desktop shortcut work if the VM is already running

描述
Shortcuts created using Machine > Create Shortcut on Desktop can be used to start a VM, but they give an error "Failed to start the virtual machine" if the VM is already running.
It would be better if the shortcut could switch to the VM's console window if it is already running on the user's desktop.
The host is Fedora 14 with the GNOME desktop.
