Windows Guest Black Screen Flickering Start Menu Outline

I am running VirtualBox Version 7.0.20 r163906 (Qt5.15.3) on Ubuntu 22.04.4 with a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card with the proprietary NVidia 535 driver.
After updating to 7.0, the virtual machine loads, runs and I see the graphic image while Windows loads, but once Windows loads and boots to the desktop I see only a black screen with a flickering outline of the lower toolbar. I cannot click or engage the virtual machine. If I choose shutdown from the virtualbox menu, the system shuts down normall.
