The work-around for NVMe ticket:17228 for Windows driver, but NVMe HDD is still not bootable from UEFI menu.
Also there is some strange behaviour of guest window when UEFI is turned on: it always is being shifted to upper left corner of screen, please correct it either.

Addition: it's impossible to boot HDD from either USB or NVMe (UEFI is on).
USB boots DVD-iso only (attached HDD is visible by Windows setup partitioning).
Concluding: it's impossible to boot from UEFI enlisted HDD connected to NVMe, SAS, SCSI, SATA, USB, VirtIO (to any type of controller?)
SAS boots both HDD & DVD-iso (UEFI is off) .
